HUDA Affordable Housing Project Comes under Haryana Affordable Housing Policy-2013.Haryana affordable Housing Policy based on PPP( Public Private Partnership).
This scheme is Aimed to help the low and medium income population of our country. Through this, people are being Invited to buy a newly constructed apartment at lower price than the market value. This scheme is in operation in several districts of Haryana, such as Gurgaon, Faridabad, Panchkula, Kalka with the various size of flat which will be considered on the basis of carpet area.

इस योजना का उद्देश्य हमारे देश की निम्न और मध्यम आय वाले लोगों की मदद करना है।इसके माध्यम से लोगों को बाजार मूल्य से कम कीमत पर नवनिर्मित अपार्टमेंट खरीदने के लिए आमंत्रित किया जा रहा है।ये योजनाएँ फ्लैट के विभिन्न आकार के साथ जो कालीन क्षेत्र के आधार पर विचार किया जाएगा हरियाणा के कई जिलों में चल रही है जैसे गुड़गांव, फरीदाबाद, पंचकूला, कालका
किफायती आवास परियोजना के अब तक तीन चरण:

Affordable Housing Details :
- Fixed Price based on carpet area
- Balcony charged at ₹ 500/-per sq. ft only
- Payment plan distributed in 3.5 years
- Final delivery of Houses within 4 years
- Only single two-wheeler parking per flat No car parking
- Zero maintenance charges for 5 years after delivery of project
- All amenities like power back up, securities, open area, kids play area, lift/elevators, daily needs shop
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicant should be an Indian resident. Applicant should be between 18 to 70 years of age.
- Any individual who does not own any plot/house/apartment in any colony of HUDA area will be given first preference for buying home under this scheme.
- Successful applicant under this policy is not eligible for allotment of any other flat in other colony.
- In case, he/she is successful in more than one colony, he/she will have to choose only one flat and all such applicants are required to submit an affidavit to this effect.
Allotment Process:
- The Housing units will be allotted through draw of lots handled by the deputy commissioner of district in which project is located.
- 5% of the total number of approved flats in the building plan will be allotted by a licensee to its employees, associates etc.
- The allotment procedure of such flats will also be completed along with the draw of flats of general category.
- The possession will be offered within four years from the date of approval of building plan.
Waiting List and Non successful Applicants:
- Almost 25% of the total number of flats is kept for waiting list people.
- If any applicant fails to obtain any of the required documents or fulfill any other requirement within a period of 15 days then his flat will be allotted to the waiting list candidates.
- The waiting list is maintained for 2 years.
- In case of surrender of flat by any successful applicant amount of ₹ 25,000 may be deducted by the colonizer.
- If any waiting list applicant wants to withdraw then he can and his booking amount will be refunded within 30 days.
- Amount of non successful candidates will be refunded back in 15 days.

Payment Plan:
- Booking Amount - 5%
- At the time of allotment - 20%
- In every six month - 12.5% ( (In 6 Equal Installment after allotment)
