When we sleep, our conscious mind sleeps but our subconscious mind never sleeps, never rests it is the power of subconscious mind and when we meditate, our conscious mind remains active and we get access to the subconscious mind, through which we can make spiritual connections and in that situation you can prepare your mind to think what you want to become it is the power of subconscious mind.

WHAT IS CONSCIOUS MIND AND HOW DOES IT WORK

You Become what you think, The Power of Subconscious mind. The conscious mind is 10% of the total mind, we do all the work with the conscious mind like reading, analyzing, seeing or listening to anything, doing short-term memory or making thoughts and plans, all are done by the conscious mind itself. When we read, watch or listen, we cannot remember it unless we pay attention to it,

You must have noticed many times that we are watching a movie and our mind is wandering somewhere else, we can not remember that movie because our attention was somewhere else but if we watch that movie carefully, then we get that The movie is completely remembered. And if we remember that movie again and again, then we can never forget the movie because it is installed in our subconscious mind.

The conscious mind is the gateway in a way through which we reach the information to the subconscious mind, that is why it becomes very important that what we see, what we read and what we hear, if it is right for us, then the right information for us to the subconscious mind. and if it is wrong then wrong information will reach the subconscious mind.

The conscious mind, which processes 2,000 bits of information per second, and its impulses travel only at 200-250 kilometers per hour. It works slow with the subconscious mind but due to being the gateway, it becomes very important.


WHAT IS SUBCONSCIOUS MIND AND HOW DOES IT WORK

This is 90% of the total mind. STATE OF MIND
 

When you sleep, many types of thoughts come in your mind, due to which you are not able to sleep, that state of mind is called Beta State and when no thought comes in your mind and becomes completely calm, that state is called Alpha State. When you are in alpha state, what instructions you give to your subconscious mind, it starts working accordingly.

But as long as thoughts keep coming in your mind, you cannot reach alpha state, to reach alpha state you have to practice meditation so that you can control your thoughts. when you reach the alpha state, your thoughts start becoming positive ,learn to live in the present and start taking deep sleep also. 

If the sleep is deep then it can be short but it is complete. And if sleep is not deep then it can be long, but you still do not wake up fresh in the morning.

If you want to wake up more energetic the next morning then it is very important for you to go to alpha state then you will be energized every day and you will solve the biggest problem very easily. You will remain neutral at any situation.

FOR A PERMANENT SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM AND OVERCOME NEGETIVE THOUGHTS 

Life is becoming stressful and complicated due to overwork and imbalance in life. Just sometimes run away to fulfill some responsibility or any other responsibility but we are not resting we are not able to enjoy life it is such a gift of nature that can only be celebrated and enjoyed But people are complaining about it and moving away from it.


If there is a problem there must be a Reason
:

Have you ever thought that if there is a problem there will be a reason for it and if there is a reason then there will be a problem, then why not remove that reason so that there will never be a problem again. If we remove the problem then it is a temporary solution, but if the reason is eliminated then the solution will also become permanent, like we cure the disease only when we are sick, but if we get to know the reason and If we treat that reason, it probably will. The disease will never happen. So if you want to remove any problem then remove its reason.

1. Get to know yourself

In this busy life, we are just running , we never took time for ourselves nor tried to know ourselves. We have to start the journey within ourselves, while knowing ourselves, we have to recognize ourselves.

2. Begin your inner journey

First of all we have to sit in a quiet place and close our eyes and concentrate all our attention and watch our breaths coming and going, But keep one thing in mind that the breath is to be taken through the nose and not through the mouth, Neither do we have to increase the speed of our breaths nor do we have to work as they are going, just watch them carefully. It is like we only see the vehicles coming by the side of a road, nor do we know who is driving there and what is being said there, we just see them coming without knowing about any where. In the same way, we have to watch our breath without thinking anything, by doing this you will start the journey inside yourself.

3. learn to live in the present

When we watch our breath carefully, then many thoughts start coming in our mind which sometimes take us to the past and sometimes take us to the future but do not allow us to be in the present and as much as we try to remove the thoughts. Thoughts come more and more, we do not have to fight them, but bring our attention comfortably to our breath and as soon as our attention starts on our breath, our attention starts deepening and we feel like this As our breath is closest to us, we have to go deeper and see what is closer to our breath as we go deeper into meditation, Spiritual Happiness manifests in us.

4. Away From Negativity

Do you know that thousands of thoughts come to our mind daily and about 95% of them are negative, sometimes it seems that I wish there was a switch so that I could stop these thoughts, We want to be relaxed, We want to stop these thoughts

You know why thousands of thoughts come to our mind because we take over information, due to which we start overthinking.

To avoid this, we should avoid over information which makes us negative, we should stay away from it.

5. Forget and Forgive 

When you follow this principle, many problems are automatically solved, who has done wrong to you, has hurt you or you have hurt someone, then forget and forgive.

6. Exercise Daily 

Exercising daily is very important to stay fit in busy life because when you put pressure on your mind you are becoming mentally and physically weak. As you know healthy mind resides in healthy body and Health is wealth. When you do daily exercise, your stamina increases, the length of the breath increases, due to which when you meditate, you get many benefits and a healthy body is able to meditate easily.

IS MIND YOUR FRIEND OR ENEMY 

Have you ever thought that your mind drives you when the mind tells you to take a walk in the mountains, you go for a walk in the mountains, when the mind tells you to watch a movie you start watching the movie, When the mind says that today you want to party, then you start partying, it keeps on awakening new desires in you, sometimes it makes you do something and sometimes it makes you do something else, if you fulfill one of its wishes. it makes others. It also makes your mistake and then makes you realize that mistake, it never lets you stay calm. Should I say it never lets you stay focused, it always keeps us spinning.

That's why it has been told about the mind that it is like an unbridled horse whose speed is very fast but it has no direction, sometimes it runs here and sometimes it runs there, but in the absence of direction, its speed is of no use and one day he gets tired of no destination.

Or should I say that you are riding on a chariot, you are the owner of that chariot and your mind is the charioteer of that chariot and where it is taking you, you are going there sitting quietly it sometimes takes you here and sometimes there Because you have not given him any instructions that he has to be told, he is moving directionless. Your body is the chariot that your mind can take you wherever mind want.

The speed of the mind is so fast if it gets the direction, it can do that which is not easy for any common person.

Have you ever thought that many people are intelligent since childhood, but they do not get as much success in life as they could have, they struggle, and always feel themselves as a failure. Why?

This is because he could never understand his mind, he never made his mind his friend, due to which he could never concentrate and due to lack of concentration he wandered here and there, not reaching his goal. Due to which he feels that he has become a failure in his life and he cannot achieve anything now and he makes this feeling in his mind and keeps on struggling and keeps on frustrating day by day.

Earlier the mind did not allow him to concentrate and now it troubles him by taking him to the past and sometimes makes him worry about the future but still the mind is not allowing him to rest.

It is just because you have not made your mind your friend, if you make your mind your friend, it will take you to a height which is impossible for any common person to reach. Because when its high speed gets a direction, you will reach a great height.


HOW TO MAKE MIND YOUR FRIEND

Meditation and its constant practice is the only way by which you can make your mind your friend because when you meditate, your connection is with your subconscious mind from where you are spiritually connected. You can calm down, then you feel that where I am looking for happiness and peace, it is inside me because no matter how much money a person earns, yet he is not able to be satisfied, the only reason is his disturbed mind. One who becomes calm after meditation, then whatever decision he takes is productive, he becomes focused about the work, he is able to recognize himself.

The master of the senses is the mind, the master of the mind is the intellect and the soul is the master of the intellect. When the intellect increases by meditating, then the mind and senses all work according to the intellect, then the mind does not drive you, your mind moves according to your intelligence

By meditating you will never feel lonely, whether someone is with you or you are alone, you will be happy



HOW TO MEDITATE:

  • Sit in any quiet place where no sound no human can disturb you, that's why early morning time is considered the best, you can keep the time according to your own. 
  • After sitting comfortably, close your eyes and focus all your attention on your breath, But keep one thing in mind that the breath is to be taken through the nose and not through the mouth, 
  • you have to watch your breath coming and going, neither do you have to increase the speed of your breath nor decrease,  you have to see it in the same way as it is coming. 
  • you will start watching your breath, only then your mind will take your attention to the past or worrying about the future but it will not allow you to be in the present, this does not bother you, just slowly bring your attention back to your breath.
  • you will see that you have become neutral, that means you have become calm, then no one can explain whatever the experience happens, the body becomes very light and you feel very peaceful, May your initial experience take you to the top where there is a lot of peace and there is not everyone reach there, 
  • If you practice daily then after meditating for at least 21 days you will have a different experience of meditation.
When you learn to pay attention to your breath, that method is called Anapanna  and after this method the next method is Vipassana in which you go deeper into meditation.
